Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to your order
a. Please follow the order instructions carefully on the website as it may not be possible to make changes to your order once you’ve submitted it.
b. If you wish to add further items to your order once you have submitted it, the easiest way to do this is to place a new order for these additional items.
c. To change the details of your delivery address, or to remove items from your order or to cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org and write ‘Delivery Address Change’, ‘Amend Order’ or ‘Order Cancellation’ in the subject title. This will help us to prioritise your request.
d. In the event of ordering unwanted items and if your order has already been despatched by us, then check out our Returns Policy below.

Returns and Refunds Policy
a. We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase but if, for any reason, you feel they are not what you expected then please ask the person who purchased it to get in touch with us to arrange to return it to us.
b. We’ll need them back in a resaleable condition, and with the original delivery note (and original packaging if at all possible), within 30 days of purchase, so please handle these items very carefully whilst they are still in your possession.
c. We’ll then refund the purchaser via the same payment method they used to place the original order.
